Description
This online program to transform your results when writing email
These days, more and more communications are being sent via digital, written channels rather than as spoken or verbal conversations. Despite a plethora of other tools, the majority of these messages are being sent via email (circa 80%). The challenge is now to be able to write messages that:
- get attention
- engage interest and
- stimulate a timely response from the reader . . . in about 2 to 4 seconds!
I was asked to do this by my manager at first I thought what a waste of time, how wrong was I? No expectations. I think I have picked up some great skills. My greatest insights are, think before writing an email how am I going to lay this out. The impact for me is now having better skills for emails and I look forward to using these skills as I go. I feel more confidant with my emails. Many thanks.
I’m so much more aware now of how my emails were written and way too detailed/wordy and now trying to be to the point, get to the purpose! more direct, affirmative tone. all the reasons I joined the course and now I have seen a big improvement and an awareness of how others write emails.
